fair trade non tree paper journal flow

Fair trade, handcrafted journal, made from recycled elephant poo, where no tree have been cut down.

These days it seems we are slowly catching on to the reality of 'rest' , which rests our minds, de-stresses , which in turn reduces health issues  and allows flow to happen.

Flow meaning you think clearer, you remember the little things, make better choices and you feel at lot better about life.

They say writing things down rests our mind, a small action that can bring changes.

Measurement: 21cm x 15 cm,

Made in Sri Lanka  - Maximus - for Import Ants, an endorsed Fair Trader of Australia.

Maximus in Sri Lanka saw both the need for employment in rural areas and for the conservation of the endangered Sri Lankan elephant and started producing elephant dung paper in 1997 employing just 7 people. Today this Fair Trade and sustainable company employs more than 200 people. The production of the paper directly contributes to the villager’s income and a percentage of the profits go to the Millennium Elephant Foundation which provides a home for ex-working and orphaned elephants, holiday care for working elephants as well as a mobile veterinary service.
