Family time is more precious these days, as we stretch out our work/life balance. Working unsocial hours like night work, weekend work or working into the evening, takes away from the traditional family and social times.
I some times make little objects my symbol of reminder. Every time I see it, touch it or use it, it reminds me of a value I need to remember.
The little melded swirl on top of the spoon, and twist on the handle feels like it will be a good reminder of being intentional, to take time to be with family and join social gatherings. And it feels good too.
