Our testimony

This is our fourth year of offering these delicious Christmas Puddings and they do come with "the proof of the pudding is in the eating" test! We as family can vouch for its delicious taste and richness. After the first year, we felt very confident to offer it to you our customers, so here it is again. 

Grant and Mignonne

This lovely Christmas Pudding has been mixed and steamed in the traditional way by the ladies at Destiny Haven. The rich contents have been wrapped in calico cloths and boiled in big copper boilers, just like grandma used to do it.

Destiny Haven is a charity that helps girls/women come out of drug/alcohol addictions and prostitution. Based in the Hunter region, NSW and mostly staffed by volunteers, their work is critical in helping these women regain hope and control. 

The puddings they make are one of a number of income generating projects they undertake. Thes of course also act as a means to teach a new, purposeful skill to the ladies.

We feel very privileged to bring forward a product of good quality that is locally made, which cares for people who are hurt and need a helping hand. It fits with our ethos for sure.
